also, if you read his speech at rice, all his arguments for going to the moon work equally well as arguments for blowing up the moon, sending cloned dinosaurs into space, or constructing a towering penis-shaped obelisk on mars.

this is a .44 caliber 9mm love letter straight from my heart. seriously, though, this is one of the sweetest pairs of earbuds I have seen in a long time. the teknine nine millimeter earbuds by munitio are limited to a first run of 500 pairs at USD$250 a pop (get it? a pop? XD) so I probably won’t be owning a pair, but that hardly detracts from the kickass of them.

my new les paul is almost here. pics and details tomorrow. (hopefully?) so excited!
UPDATE: went all the way to the store today only to find out that it turns out it wasn’t on that truck and won’t arrive until sometime next week. [sarcasm]YAY![/sarcasm]

ask me anything you’d like and, if you’re lucky, I’ll answer honestly.
out.
i know this has been out for awhile, but i felt the need to share this unbelievably funny old spice advert. enjoy!

pegged by many critics as a modern day bob dylan, singer songwriter jack savoretti’s ‘songs from different times’ has got to be one of the more powerful songs featured on grey’s since the season 2 finale’s ‘chasing cars’ by snow patrol. absolutely incredible songcraft, but don’t just take my word for it – listen and download below:

oh aristotle… you offer us such brilliant ideas in such a wonderful, small package, but fie! you have deceived us with this image of simplicity! sure, the poetics may be a tiny little book, but we can’t interpret your examples properly without reading so many pages of greek drama! aristotle, I am dissappoint.
but seriously, read aristotle’s poetics. totally worth a couple of hours to do what he calls one of the most pleasurable human acts: learning.
